Cottage Cheese Patties

INGREDIENTS

1 cup grated cottage cheese

A pinch of salt to taste

¼ tsp. ginger finely chopped

1 green chili finely chopped

1 tsp. lemon juice

1 tbsp. fresh coriander leaves

¼ tsp. red chili powder

¼ tsp. cumin powder

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine the ingredients. Make round patties.
Preheat the Air Fryer to 250 F and cook for 10 or 12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Serve warm with mint chutney.
