INGREDIENTS
2 cups cubed cottage cheese
3 onions chopped
5 green chilies-roughly chopped
1 ½ tbsp. ginger paste
1 ½ tsp. garlic paste
1 ½ tsp. salt
3 tsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. coriander powder
3 tbsp. chopped capsicum
2 tbsp. peanut flour
3 eggs
INSTRUCTIONS
Coat the cheese cubes with the corn flour. Mix ingredients in a bowl.
Make the mix into a smooth paste and coat the cubes with the mix.
Beat the eggs in a bowl and add salt.
Dunk the shapes in the egg mix and leave them in the refrigerator for an hour.
Preheat the Air Fryer to 290 F and cook for 25 minutes.
Serve the kebabs with mint chutney.
