Cottage Cheese Fingers

2 cups cottage cheese fingers

2 cup dry breadcrumbs

2 tsp. oregano

2 tsp. red chili flakes


1 ½ tbsp. ginger-garlic paste

4 tbsp. lemon juice

2 tsp. salt

1 tsp. pepper powder

1 tsp. red chili powder

6 tbsp. corn flour

4 eggs


Blend all of the components for the marinade and soak the cheese fingers.
Blend the breadcrumbs, oregano and red chili well and cover the marinated fingers with this mix.
Preheat the Air Fryer to 160 and cook for 15 minutes.
