1 head cauliflower
3/4 cup onion white
5 cloves garlic
1 1/2 tsp tamari
1 tsp rice vinegar
1/2 tsp coconut sugar
1 tsp Sriracha
Put cauliflower in an air-fryer. Set the temp to 350. Cook 5 minutes.
Add the cut onion, mix and cook 5 additional minutes.
Add garlic, mix and cook 5 additional minutes.
Blend soy sauce, rice vinegar, coconut sugar, Sriracha, salt, and pepper together in a little bowl.
Add the blend to cauliflower and mix.
Garnish with cut scallions
