4 cups cauliflower florets
19 -oz can of chickpeas
2 tsp olive oil and 2 tsp taco seasoning
8 small tortillas and 2 avocados
4 cups cabbage shredded
coconut yogurt to drizzle
Preheat air fryer to 390° F
In a large bowl, mix the cauliflower and chickpeas with olive oil and taco flavoring.
Dump everything into the bin of your air fryer.
Cook, shaking sporadically, for 15 minutes
Serve in tacos with avocado cuts, cabbage, and coconut yogurt.
