Total Time: 45 minutes
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
3 cups carrots, shredded
In a medium bowl, combine sugar and butter.
Add eggs and blend completely for even mix. Mix in flour and carrots.
Pour cake batter into greased cake tin.
Place the cupcake tins into the air fryer container without covering.
Air fry at 175°C until fork embedded into the inside tells the truth.
Allow cake to cool and top with your preferred icing.
