2 zucchinis, sliced thinly
2 eggs, paprika
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
5 tbsp flour
Whisk egg in a small bowl.
Combine crumbs, flour and paprika in another small bowl.
Dip each zucchini slice into egg and then in the crumb mixture. Be sure it sticks.
Place zucchini slices into the air fryer in a single layer, spray lightly with cooking spray, and cook at 200 C for 8 to 10 minutes.
Flip at intervals. Enjoy with any dipping sauce of your choice
