INGREDIENTS
For dough:
1 ½- cup all-purpose flour
½- tsp. salt
5- tbsp. water
For filling:
2- cups minced chicken
2- tbsp. oil
2- tsp. ginger-garlic paste
2- tsp. soy sauce
2- tsp. vinegar
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix the dough, cover it with saran wrap and set aside.
Mix the filling ingredients.
Fold the dough and cut it into a square.
Place the filling in the middle.
Wrap the dough to cover the filling and squeeze the edges together.
Preheat the Air Fryer to 200° F for 5 minutes.
Place in the fry bin and cook for 20 minutes.
