10- oz. of julienned carrots
1 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper
apple cider vinegar in a spray bottle
1 tsp orange zest
In a medium bowl, blend the carrots in with the olive oil, covering them softly.
Season with salt and pepper.
Put the carrots florets in an air fryer set at 390 F. Cook for 13 minutes, shaking at regular intervals.
Move them to a serving bowl, mix with orange zest, splash a little apple juice vinegar, and salt and pepper.
