Chicken Samosa

For wrappers:

2 tbsp. unsalted butter

1 ½- cup all-purpose flour

A pinch of salt to taste

Add as much water as required

For filling:

1 lb. chicken

¼- cup boiled peas

1 tsp. powdered ginger

1 or 2 green chilies

½- tsp. cumin

1 tsp. coarsely crushed coriander

1 dry red chili broken into pieces

A small amount of salt (to taste)

½- tsp. dried mango powder

½- tsp. red chili powder.

1-2 tbsp. coriander.


Blend the wrapper ingredients. Let it sit while making the filling.
Cook the ingredients in a skillet and blend them well to make a thick paste.
Form the paste into balls. Cut them in half and insert the filling.
Preheat the Air Fryer to 300 F. Place the samosas in the fry receptacle.
Cook for 20-25 minutes. Flip halfway through for uniform cooking.
Serve hot with tamarind or mint chutney.
