INGREDIENTS
2 cups vegetable stock.
50 grams of soba noodles.
3 heads baby bok choy (leaves separated) or baby spinach.
1/4 tbsp chili flakes
1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
INSTRUCTIONS
Pour stock into a medium cooking bowl and place in air fryer.
Boil, add noodles and simmer for 2 minutes.
Add bok choy, chili and soy sauce to broth and simmer for one more minute (noodles can be slightly undercooked)
Remove from air fryer. Taste and serve hot.
