Fish fingers

½- lb. firm white fish fillet

1 tbsp. lemon juice

2 cups of dry breadcrumbs

1 cup oil for frying


1 ½- tbsp. ginger-garlic paste

3- tbsp. lemon juice

2 tsp salt

1 ½- tsp pepper powder

1 tsp red chili flakes or to taste

3 eggs

5 tbsp. corn flour

2 tsp tomato ketchup


Blend all marinade ingredients and soak the meat for 20-30 minutes.
Blend the breadcrumbs, oregano and red chili well and dip the marinated fingers in this mix.
Preheat the Air Fryer to 160 F for 5 minutes.
Cook for 15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
